The Anti-Corruption Agency has taken part in the online training ‘Intelligence Based Investigation’, organized by the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy.

The methods of intelligence-based investigation, its necessity and characteristics, as well as its main role in the prevention of corruption were explained interactively with examples.

In particular, issues related to sources, whistleblowers, their legal protection, and technical processes aimed at sorting information about corruption were discussed in detail. Procedures for managing and conducting covert operations were also considered.
